What got you into the adult industry?
Rina: I started out as a camgirl when I was a student, but I've always been intrigued by the adult industry. Ive wanted to do porn as I have a ridiculously high sex drive, but I didn't ever think i'd actually do it . A close friend of mine worked in production for a big company, and needed extras for a Brazzers scene. I did a few scenes as an extra to start with, then one day I decided I wanted to actually do it .
JJ: Well if you're going to start out Brazzers is a good place to start. It's great that you've followed your desire.
What's the best thing about the industry?
Rina: I love that you are your own boss. I love sex. I can be myself 100 percent. I love all the open minded people I've met, and although everyones from different backgrounds, most of the people I've met are so relatable. It's definitely boosted my confidence too!
JJ: I have to agree, the industry is filled with amazing people and so many inspirational stories.
What's the worst thing about the industry?
Rina: The consequences you have to face for DOING your job! All the judgmental assholes outside the industry who tell us we're going to go to hell, our family don't love us, and how we can't get a "real" job- all while masturbating to us at the same time. It's hilarious, I have people from school who message me and ask all these ridiculous questions, thinking because this is what I do I want to fuck anyone and everyone. If an actor plays the role of a serial killer, does that make him a murderer in real life? No. Needless to say I've cut out most people from my school days now. This shit makes me so mad because at the end of the day ( I know this gets used A LOT) PORNSTARS ARE NORMAL PEOPLE TOO! Also, relationships can be hard. My love life is pretty non-existent. I don't date. It gets in the way of my job, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't want a boyfriend/girlfriend at some point.
JJ: I've found that since I've been part of the industry I've found dying hard too. The only people I've dated have been people in the industry too.
What's the funniest thing to happen whilst working?
Rina: I had my period and despite having a sponge up there I bled so muh during a scene. Not just a little. It was like a blood bath. Red sea. And it's happened on more then one occasion, oh and another time, I got a sponge stuck up my vagina and the makeup artist had to take it out of me. Also I've queefed a few times which made me laugh.
JJ: What are you doing now work wise?
Rina: As of right now, I'm doing webcam work and working on the UK adult channels. They're great for interacting with fans and getting your name out there. Due to health reasons I wasn't able to shoot for a few months, but I'm hoping to do more scenes later in the year.
JJ: I'm sure there are lots of people happy to hear you'll be shooting more scenes this year

Rina: Anywhere really really hot. I love the sun. I love travelling around europe.
JJ: Tell me one thing about yourself that people would never know by looking at you?
Rina: Some people can't tell that im half Japanese. Also, I'm actually pretty strong for my size! I weigh more than I look.
JJ: Well I'll have to find out just how strong you are sometime soon.
What's the biggest achievement in life or work?
Rina: Considering I left school at 17 and messed around, I still managed to get a degree level arts qualification at the age of 22.
JJ: You should be very very proud of that. I know how difficult it can be to push yourself through education.
What's been the most challenging thing you've overcome?
Rina: I was in an abusive relationship and I got out of it a little over a year ago, I wasn't myself for a while after that. I hated myself for allowing someone to hurt me, and I didn't think I'd ever get over it. But I'm miles away from the person that I was, I'm so much better, and I'm actually starting to love myself again. I've got a long way to go still but i'm getting there!
JJ: Well I have to say you done one of the hardest things anyone can go through. I'm so glad you're starting to love yourself again because you are an amazing woman. You are a great role model for people both in and out of the industry.
What's the best thing a fan has ever done?
Rina: Weirdly I was on cam, and I got talking to one of my clients on there. I was having a bad day and gave me the best advice that would stick with me always. Also, I get given cute outfits from time to time, but I'm not so materialistic. Don't get me wrong though I love presents!!
JJ: Well it's always nice hear girls aren't materialistic. Shows the true nature of the woman. So many people make the wrong assumptions about women in the industry.
What's one bit of advice for anyone wanting to get into the adult industry?
Rina: JUST DO YOU! Watch your back. Look out for yourself, because at the end of the day, you are all you've got. Don't give a shit about what people think of you. Don't let any producer pressure you into doing any sex acts you are not comfortable with just for a few extra bucks. It's never going to be enough money if you don't want to do it. It's not just in porn but in life, not everyone has your best interests at heart.
JJ: That's great advice. I think if people follow that they they won't go too far wrong in the industry.
What do you think you'll do once you leave the industry?
Rina: Oh god, I don't know! I love to sing, and perform but thats more of a hobby at this stage. Who knows, ask me in a year? I don't like to think ahead, it scares me.
JJ: Finally, What's the weirdest rumour you've heard about yourself?
Rina: not so much a rumor but on some sites it says I'm 5'6, some 4'10, and that I was born in the UK or USA. NONE of which are true! I'm 5'1 and born in South Korea. Not that it really matters- I'm just a control freak and I like to get facts about me straight!!
