JJ: Hi Ryan, it's a pleasure to get to introduce my readers to you. I'm sure some are already very familiar with your work.
So tell me how did you get into the industry?
Ryan: Ever since I found a family member's stash of Playboy's as a teenager, I've admired beautiful, sexual women. I always wanted to get in on the action myself, but didn't feel ready until after I graduated from college. I felt like I needed to research the industry, get more life experience, and finish school first. During undergrad, I fooled around with stripping and webcam modeling... then I finally took the plunge when I graduated with my Bachelor of Science.
JJ: Brains and beauty is a massive massive turn on for me so I can see I'm going to struggle with this interview already.
What's the best thing about the industry?
Ryan: How open you can be. On set, I don't feel like I have to hide anything and love that I can express myself sexually. I have always been a sexual person, so I always felt like I was stifling that part of me when I was living the vanilla life. My inner slut wanted to come out so badly! I love that about the porn industry, we can do a gangbang together, or fuck another performer's spouse for a scene, and then afterwards go get lunch together.
JJ: Total freedom is a brilliant perk of this industry. Being able to truly explore everything about yourself is something a lot of people wish they could do.
What's been the worst thing about the industry?
Ryan: Probably the stigma that people on the outside often attach to you once you're in porn. It's a misconception that we're diseased, deranged losers with no self-respect. It's so saddening that performers have a difficult time getting "normal" jobs in the event they want to leave the industry. Everyone watches porn, why do we deserve to be shamed for making it?
JJ: I couldn't say it better myself. This industry has some of the hardest working people I've ever met, some of the loveliest people too. Nobody should be looked down upon for working in the industry.
What's been the funniest thing to happen to you whilst working?
Ryan: Funny stuff happens all the time in porn! You're having sex under bright lights, in odd positions, sometimes on uncomfortable surfaces with lube and camera guys everywhere. You can't expect that to go 100% smoothly without a weird sound or awkward movement happening. You just giggle and move on -after all, we've seen everything.
JJ: Every set I've been one as always been filled with laughter. It's something I always think makes for better scenes.
What are you doing work wise at the moment?
Ryan: Flying out to LA once a month to film pornos, webcamming on MyFreeCams, and working on a new website.

What's the best thing about sex?
Ryan: There are so many different ways to make someone feel good. That has always fascinated me. I love figuring out little spots or techniques that drive my partner wild. Watching them react to pleasure is definitely the best part.
JJ: I have a feeling anyone lucky enough to get you as a partner would be driven wild a hell of a lot.
What really turns you on?
Ryan: Of course I have the cliche things like confidence, slightly dominant, charming personality. I have quirks too, though! Like, I love seeing a guy in wire-frame glasses. General nerdiness has always been a turn on. Watching people concentrate on something is so sexy to me. As you can imagine, I was always going wild on the inside during my research labs, ha ha! Being able to cook will also impress me.
Also, kissing/biting my neck is an automatic turn on. You can't forget the tits either. I can cum just by having them played with.

Ryan: My favorite movie right now is Wild Zero, a Japanese horror-comedy. It's so over the top, it even comes with its own drinking game! You can get much more fun than that. I've also recently watched Kung Fury, and that was amazing. RoboCop is something I've always been into, too.
JJ: Any film with a drinking game is something I need to make time for. I know what I'll be doing tonight now haha.
Where is your favourite place to go on holiday?
Ryan: The beach! I'm originally from a super snowy mountain town, so I love an awesome, tropical beach. I've traveled a lot but I always want to go back to Mexico and Costa Rica.
JJ: I love Mexico. It's a fantastic country and the people are always so friendly.
Tell me one thing about yourself that I wouldn't know just by looking at you?
Ryan: I love bird watching and falconry! I've always been interested in ornithology and observing and interacting with all kinds of birds. I love visiting aviaries and zoos.
JJ: That's a great answer. I love facts about people like that. Gives you a real look at you as a person. I have to say I love seeing eagles flying it's very relaxing for some reason.
What's been your biggest achievement in life or work so far?
Ryan: My biggest achievement hasn't happened yet. I'm only 24, I have so much more to do with my life! I've been lucky enough to have plenty of success in all of my happenings, but I think the best is yet to come.
JJ: I will certainly be keeping an eye on you because you certainly have an even brighter future ahead.
What's been the biggest thing you've had to overcome?
Ryan: I struggled with anxiety and being bullied growing up. I never thought I would be able to move away from home, go to university (and then grad school!), travel all around the world, and start working in porn. I'm quite proud of myself for living my life to the fullest.
JJ: You've certainly grabbed life by the balls and made it your bitch. You've shown everyone that you can do anything you want to if you set your mind to it.
What's the best thing a fan has ever done for you?
Ryan: All of my fans are awesome! I'm constantly getting wishlist gifts, direct messages online, and support from the amazing people I've met through the industry. So many of them feel like friends. Just seeing people tweet at companies asking them to book me, for example, lights up my day. I feel like my fans really want to see me succeed, and it's nice to know I can count on them for support.
JJ: It's great your fans give you such support because you certainly deserve it
What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone getting into the industry?
Ryan: Shop around for an agent! There are so many agencies now, you really have to do your research. Look at the porn stars you look up to, figure out who their agents are, and when you have a list of about five agents, start looking at their websites and calling them for more information. You can even message porn stars and ask them about their agents.
Also, make sure they're licensed and bonded with the state of California. Your agent needs to be a good fit for you, be able to coach you through the beginning stages of your career, support you, and of course get you work. Do not skimp on this step - it is crucial for a healthy and long career.
JJ: Some amazing tips there for people to consider. I think they're great things to follow.
What do you think you'll do once you leave the industry?
Ryan: I would want to be a house wife who gets to travel the world and eat awesome food with her husband. Maybe we can have a girlfriend to play with on the side. And we have a beach house we can escape to. Okay, now I'm just day dreaming.
JJ: That sounds absolutely perfect. Did I mention I'm looking for a house wife who wants to travel the world and for us to have a girlfriend to play with??
Finally, what's the weirdest rumour you've heard about yourself?
Ryan: In high school, someone told my entire school that I let 3 guys fuck my ass at the same time. I guess everyone had a premonition that I was going to be super slutty one day, but that was definitely not true, ha ha! Now that I'm in porn though... companies... if you're interested... I'll be here for a while.
