JJ: Welcome to Inside the Porn. It's certainly a pleasure to have you with us.
How did you get into the industry?
HL: To be honest it was a number of different things; I have a friend who cams and she had been encouraging me to give it a go for some time. She knows that I have a bit of an exhibitionist side and that as far as body image goes I’m fairly happy with what I’ve got so she thought I’d really enjoy it. When my circumstances changed and I needed a job that would allow me to work from home at hours that totally suited me it was a no brainer really.
JJ: That's the perk of camming. Work when you want, how you want.
What's been the best thing about the industry?
HL: The opportunity to have real fun doing something I genuinely enjoy that has the flexibility to fit around my other life commitments in a way that I am in total control over.
JJ: What's the worst thing about the industry?
HL: The odd idiot who is clearly online only to be rude and offensive. To be honest in my experience most people are really very lovely, but every now and again you come across someone who seems determined to offend or upset.
JJ: Unfortunately, there are some right idiots out there. But for every idiot there's someone lovely out there.
What's he funniest thing to happen to you whilst working?
HL: Oh that has to be the time I fell off the sofa. I was trying a new position during a show with a client I webcam with quite regularly. I was sat on the back rest of the sofa and as I lifted my legs up and open I totally lost my balance and fell backwards. I was pissing myself as I got up and looked back over the sofa to the cam, and so was he! Totally embarrassing but very funny.
JJ: Haha that's certainly an occupational hazard. I bet the viewers loved it haha.

What's the best thing about sex?
HL: It has to be the intimacy and the passion
JJ: What really turns you on?
HL: I love it when my boyfriend asks what cam shows I’ve done and asks me to tell him about them. I love the fact that it turns him on so much.
JJ: Having a boyfriend who loves what you do makes life easier I imagine. I'm sure he appreciates how lucky he is.
In my opinion the most important question, what's your favourite film?
HL: Psycho. A classic by everyone's opinion I think.
JJ: You're not wrong, that's a great film and one I watch quite a lot.
Where's your favourite place to go on holiday?
HL: I love Morocco. It's an amazing country.
JJ: I've never been to Morocco but it's somewhere I've thought about going to in the past.
Tell me one thing about yourself that I wouldn't know just by looking at you?
HL: I don't think people would know I was a cam girl.
JJ: I think that's true. I wouldn't have guessed that.
What's been the biggest achievement in your life or career?
HL: Being a single parent and being able to buy my house.
JJ: They are two great achievements. You should be very proud of yourself.
What's the best thing a fan has ever done for you?
HL: One of my fans remembers my birthday year after year without fail.
JJ: That's when you know they're a real fan and pay attention to you. It's nice that he takes the time to remember your birthday.
What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone getting into the industry?
HL: Find a good site to work from, I had to use a few to find a good one, I've had payment issues in the past and have found a real lack of support setting up and ongoing.I'm all sorted now, www.adultprofile.co.uk did my profile and setup and are on the end of a phone whenever needed. Most of all have fun! Life is too short to get bogged down by the boring and the ordinary. Aim high and just go for it.
JJ: That's really positive advice and I think you could certainly learn something by listening to that.
Finally, What do you think you'll do after you leave the industry?
HL: Retire to the Maldives and marry a coconut seller. No, seriously enjoy happiness and health for as long as I can and be grateful for the experiences I have had.
JJ: Now that's doesn't sound like a bad retirement plan haha.
