JJ: Welcome Bryci, it's nice to have you with us today.
So tell me how did you get into the industry?
Bryci: I met JD years ago and he was working in the adult industry and showed me the amazing open minded world that it is, so of course I jumped on board! He taught me how to do the behind the scenes work and together we built websites for a few years before starting our own, Bryci.com.
JJ: That's brilliant that you have someone who could show you the amazing world of the adult industry. You've taken to it so well.
What's the best thing about the industry?
Bryci: For me personally, that it’s opened my mind in my personal sex life, as well as taught me to look at everything in life with an open mind and non judgementally. It allows me to explore my sexuality in a safe and happy zone, I love it!
JJ: That's an amazing plus side of being in the industry. It obviously suits you very well.
What's the worst thing about the industry?
Bryci: Like any industry, there may be people who only look out for themselves and may take advantage of others who don’t know better. This should go for all facets of life, do your homework and take care of yourself, learn to speak up and say no and play in your comfort limits.
JJ: There are some unscrupulous people out there but luckily they get pointed out pretty quickly in today's industry thanks to Twitter etc.
What's the funniest thing to happen to you whilst working?
Bryci: Shooting a triple girl scene in a bathtub when along comes the pool guy just feet from our open windows. Totally busted, and all caught on camera. We can look back and laugh now, that pool guy had the best day on the job ever!
JJ: I bet he was over the moon. That's a story he told all his friends no doubt. The perks of being a pool guy.
What are you doing work wise at the moment ?
Bryci: Focusing our efforts on Bryci.com (my feature website) as well as running all the other websites within the BellaPass.com family, we run a join-one-get-all type of network of girls and their feature websites. JD and I have also recently expanded into the DVD market and our first DVD will be going out March 16th, we’re very excited!
JJ: Ooooh well hopefully I can review that dvd for the new website I'm launching at the end of March. I'm sure your fans are very excited to see more of you.
Where can people find you online?
Bryci: Mainly Bryci.com, it’s where I focus all my time. For social media, there is twitter.com/bryci, instagram.com/bryci, as well as bryci.chaturbate.com is where we do hardcore webcamming, and you can text me anytime at dreamlover.com/bryci
JJ: You are all over the place which is a very good thing. I have to see we can't get enough of you.
What's the best thing about sex?
Bryci: Everything! There’s always something new to try, it’s fun and exciting and just feels amazing!
JJ: You're not wrong there. What really turns you on?
Bryci: In people? Confidence, 100%. In porn? Amateur people really getting it on, and you seeing the fun and passion.
JJ: I have to say I do love the amateur stuff. I think some of it is so raw that it makes it better.
What's your favourite film?
Bryci: It changes all the time, I’m a movie geek and watch them all the time. It ranges from fantasy like Beetlejuice, Alice in Wonderland, Edward Scissorhands or Ruby Sparks, to psychological thrillers like Inception. It all depends what mood I’m in that night!
JJ: A fellow film geek. You just jumped towards the top of my favourite girls in the industry haha.
What's your favourite holiday destination?
Bryci: I haven’t been many places, but so far I’m going to have to go with Arizona! I’m hoping to do some travelling around Mexico this year, and next on my hit list is Italy, Spain and Greece, then over to Japan.
JJ: Get yourself to England sometime too. It's a great country to visit. Although I would say that being from England haha
Tell me one thing about yourself that I wouldn't know just by looking at you?
Bryci: Probably that I’m a porn actress. In my day to day I’m dressed pretty conservatively, I wear very minimal makeup, you can find me in libraries or at plays, I’m that quiet shy girl that loves turning on the cameras in the bedroom!
JJ: I think people not instantly thinking you're in the adult industry is a great thing to be able to have.
What's your biggest achievement in life or work?
Bryci: Creating the BellaPass.com network with JD, we work tirelessly at it and it’s always changing but always growing and getting better. We love our passion project.
JJ: Havig passion for what you do can only bring success and I can see the passion you have for sure.
What's been the biggest thing you've had to overcome?
Bryci: Sexual demons as I call them. I didn’t have the nicest sexual history, and had to learn how to overcome it all psychologically. I have, and it was so worth it because now I’m able to celebrate sex and have fun!
JJ: It takes a strong person to overcome any sort of demons so well done on overcoming them. I'm glad you did otherwise we'd have never been able to enjoy your work.
What's the best thing a fan has ever done for you?
Bryci: Sent me a beautiful sketch of one of my photos, I’ve got it hanging in my office!
JJ: Well if that fan is reading this now I'm sure they are happy to know it's hanging in your office.
What's one bit of advice you'd give to someone getting into the industry?
Bryci: Research research research. Then wait and think on it. Then research some more. Ask a lot of questions, look deep inside yourself to see where your comfort limits are, and don’t allow anyone to push you beyond them. Do this for FUN, not for the money.
JJ: Exactly. This industry should be about fun. It's an exciting industry and you should enjoy it. And knowing what you're letting yourself in for is something that everyone should research.
What do you think you'll do once you leave the industry?
Bryci: I have no plans to leave the industry. Sure I might not be filming myself and JD having sex when we’re 70, but I will always work in adult. It’s such a fun industry, it’s going nowhere, so we’re creating our business to always expand and allow us to stay here forever.
JJ: Well the industry is a better place for having people like you and JD in it for sure.
Finally, what's the weirdest rumour you've ever heard about yourself?
Bryci: I actually haven’t heard any, I took the advice long ago to never google myself. Everyone has haters, everyone has opinions and that’s fine, it just doesn’t mean that I need to read them or give them any mind.
JJ: That is a very good point. Well I'm delighted we managed to get you on the blog. We are massive fans of your work and always look forward to seeing even more of it.
